\nDymphone (our department for computer-based telephone research \u2013 Computer Assisted Telephone Interview CATI) is operated through our own telephone interviewing centre. It has 118 CATI stations, making us one of the largest call centres in Spain dedicated exclusively to telephone interviewing. We have a team of professionals and organisation that enables us to offer our customers a high capacity for work carried out very efficiently.<\/p>\n
