This is supported by competitor analysis techniques: BENCHMARKETING.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ETNODYM STUDIES: <\/strong>Research based on ethnographic methodologies \u2013 observing and monitoring the consumer \u201cin situ\u201d where he lives or carries out his purchasing and consumption behaviour.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LISTENING STUDIES: VOICE DYM: <\/strong>I would like to make the most of what my consumer tells me.
