QUALITATIVE DEPARTMENT

  • DYM INNOVATION STUDIES:  Studies aimed at stimulating innovation and change by generating ideas and capturing insights.
  • STRATEGIC I and P STUDIES: Research into the image and positioning of brands starting with an analysis of the brand DNA and potential. This enables the brand to be directed towards its optimum strategic positioning. This is supported by competitor analysis techniques: BENCHMARKETING.
  • ETNODYM STUDIES: Research based on ethnographic methodologies – observing and monitoring the consumer “in situ” where he lives or carries out his purchasing and consumption behaviour.
  • LISTENING STUDIES: VOICE DYM: I would like to make the most of what my consumer tells me. A model for periodically analysing consumer feedback received through different channels.
